To report a Lost/Stolen MasterCard Check Card or an ATM/Star Card please provide PALCO with the following information:

During normal business hours, please call 570-546-2333.

After hours, please email the following information to info@palcofcu.org: Name and Phone numbers of where you can be reached if there is a problem. Date, Time, and Place where your card was last used. Please be as specific as possible.

IMPORTANT: Do not send any account numbers or card information via this email.
